Refund & Returns Policy

By placing an order with Graymont Designs, you agree to the following policy:

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us at outreach@graymontcollective.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if production has not started.
