These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases from Graymont Collective (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We sell apparel and related merchandise. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly in color, scale, or placement of design.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes.
Standard shipping is included in the product price. Customers may select faster shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and added at checkout. You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes if ordering from outside the United States.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a printing or manufacturing error, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing outreach@graymontcollective.com. At our discretion, we will either replace the item at no cost or issue store credit. This is the sole remedy available for defective or damaged items.
We collect your name, email, and shipping address solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order and sending your receipt. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete your purchase (e.g. payment processor, shipping carriers).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graymont Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order.
